Questions teams ask before they switch.

How does 14-day beta access work?

Every plan starts with 14-day beta access. We provision your workspace within one business day of your demo, no card required. We won’t bill you a rupee unless you explicitly upgrade. If you don’t, your workspace pauses, your data is retained for 60 days, and you can return any time within that window.

How does annual billing actually save 20%?

Pick annual at checkout and you pay 12× the discounted monthly rate upfront. We then bill that amount on the same date next year, unless you cancel before the renewal. It’s the same plan, the same features — the discount is a thank-you for the commitment.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from HR to Platform at any point and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You can also move from monthly to annual and we’ll credit your remaining monthly balance against the annual total.

What if I add or remove people mid-month?

People are billed per active head. We prorate additions to the day; removals free up that seat on the next billing cycle. No surprise invoices when a team grows; no penalty when it shrinks.

Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?

Yes — write to us at sales@employeesight.com with a quick note about your organisation. We have meaningful discounts for verified non-profits, and we work with research labs on case-by-case terms.

Where is my data stored, and what about DPDP?

All customer data is hosted in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1). We comply with India’s DPDP Act 2023 in full; the DPA is available at legal/dpa.
