Can you handle our current statutory rates?

Yes. EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus rates are maintained centrally and updated with each amendment. You don’t install plugins or wait for releases — the day rates change, the system uses the new rates for that pay cycle.

How do you handle multi-state Professional Tax?

State slabs for Karnataka, Maharashtra, TN, WB, Gujarat, Telangana, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, and the rest are built in. Employees pay the slab matching their work-state, derived from the office they’re tagged to.

Form 16 — fully automated?

Yes. At year-end, Form 16 generates per employee, downloadable from their self-service portal. We don’t require a separate compliance plugin.

How fast can we move from our current HR tool?

Most teams complete migration in 1–2 weeks. We accept CSV imports for the standard fields (employee master, salary structure, leave balances, joining dates) and our team helps with the first payroll cycle on us.

Do you integrate with our biometric attendance device?

Biometric integrations are rolling out through 2026 — first wave: eSSL, ZKTeco, Matrix, Mantra (the four most common in Indian SMB deployments) — via API or daily CSV push. If you have an existing biometric vendor not on this list, mention it on the demo form and we’ll prioritize.

Can different offices have different policies?

Yes. Holiday calendars, leave types, working hours, and PT slabs are configurable per office. Employees inherit the policies of the office they belong to.

What about a finance team that wants raw data?

Every report is downloadable as CSV or Excel. We also support direct integration with Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks for journal entries.
